On your very own island which is Spitbank Fort, all your gastronomic desires will be met. Our General Manager, Head Chef and Crew who man the Fort are there to ensure that you are well looked after, throughout your stay.
The major decisions our guests have to make is exactly where to drink and eat.
Perhaps it's a cocktail hour on one of the sun decks looking towards Portsmouth, or a digestif around the firepit with the Isle of Wight in the distance. Maybe something bubbly, whilst you sit in our very own open air hot tub? As with all our Amazing Retreats, you decide what you want from your visit.
