Walk across the Bleaching Lawn, four metres from the water’s edge. There is a large sitting room, ideal for the bird watcher or simply to look across Sinclair’s Bay. Features a private bathroom with bath and shower, and upstairs, a bright, spacious bedroom.

Sunshine
Similar to Seashore but on the Sunshine Corner side. Walk across the Bleaching Lawn. Large sitting room, with views along the borders. Open staircase up to a lovely spacious bedroom looking over the pansies, tulips and monkshood amongst others. Features lots of photographs of the estate gardens dating from 1908, and a private bathroom with bath and shower.
