Keeper's bedrooms
Six metres from the sea, Keeper's at Ackergill Tower overlooks the bay and is just beside Helen’s Gate. In the morning you wake to the sound of the sea. With three spacious bedrooms, each with their own en suite facilities, this house has a comfortable sitting room with an open fire and cosy chairs.
Lachlan
A large spacious room with a door leading straight out to the shore, six metres from the edge of the sea. Pictures of opera all around. Features a bathroom with bath and shower.
2 single beds: 100 cm x 2 m (3’3” x 6’6”) or linked to form a large king-size bed.
Fergus
Fergus’ bed was one of the original beds in the castle. Hand painted with lovely decoration, it stands very proudly in the room. In the morning, when you sit up in bed, you’ll notice that there is just a small stretch of lawn between you and the sea. Features a shower room with power shower.
2 single beds: 90 cm x 2 m (3’x 6’6”) or linked to form a large king-size bed.
Torquil
Originally the hayloft, Torquil has a floor to ceiling window at the far end, an access for the stooks of hay to be thrown down for the feeding of horses in the stable below. Spectacular views over the Swannery Pond, the beach and the Golf Course. Now a delightful room with twin beds. Features a bathroom with power shower, bath and separate wc.
